Former Busia Governor Sospeter Ojaamong has landed a new job in the Kenya Kwanza administration in President William Ruto's latest appointments to various state agencies.
In a June 14 Gazette notice, Ojaamong was appointed chairperson of the NEPAD/APRM Kenya Governing Council for a three-year term.

The president also appointed Ratemo Waya Michieka as chancellor at Tharaka University for five years.
The head of state further appointed Bernadette Ng'ang'a as chairperson of the Kenya Yearbook Editorial Board for three years and Albert Cege as chair of the Kenya Academy of Sports Council for three years.
